ONLINE AGENCY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM INFORMATION
Goway Travel is taking steps to make it easier for our valued and loyal agents to do online business with us through GowayAgent.com. To streamline the process when the form of payment is credit card of travelling passenger, we will no longer require the credit card authorization form to be filled out and faxed before ticket issue by providing a faxed copy of a signed ONLINE AGENCY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM which will be provided to you upon submitting your request. This form allows you to make online bookings using your clients credit cards without sending in an individual booking credit card form with each PNR. This waiver will only be granted to those agencies that accept the following conditions. 1) Agree to keep a copy of the passengers signature on file 2) Accept that no third party credit cards will be allowed for purchase 3) Agree that they have verified the passenger information before completing the booking 4) Assume responsibilities for any/all chargebacks. If your agency does not provide this form you will have to provide a credit card authorization form for each credit card transaction or apply payment using an agency cheque.
