Our new website can be broken down into three components:
General travel information - accessible by anyone
Travel Agent information - registered travel agents only - password protected *
Online Booking Engine - registered travel agents only - password protected *
* Note: To access both the travel agent information and the online booking engine you will be required to log in twice. The same login information (username, IATA/ARC/CLIA number and password) is used in both cases.
Accessing Travel Agent Information
You will be asked to login when attempting to access our marketing tools, promotions, media and other travel agent related information. This will not give you access to our online booking engine. If you then click the Flights tab your will be required to login again using the same login information.
Accessing Online Booking Engine
You will be asked to login when attempting to access our Online Booking Engine. This will not give you access to our travel agent information. If you attempt to access our marketing tools, promotions, media and other travel agent related information you will be required to login again using the same login information.
Agents currently registered
As a registered travel agent with our old GowayAgent.com website you will not be required to re-register for our new GowayAgent website. You are required to login and the login information required is now different*. We now require the following:

Note: If the system does not allow you to login, but you feel that you have inserted the correct login information, it is possible you did not provide us with your last name when you originally registered. Try your first name and agent as your last name as shown above.

Agents not previously registered with us
If you have not registered with us before you need to complete our registration form in order to access the password protected pages. Once we receive your submission, we will process your request.
